In the face of the RAAC concrete crisis gripping educational institutions nationwide, Upminster Containers stands committed to swift and practical solutions. Our recent collaboration with Winter Gardens Academy in Essex marks the first step in our efforts to address this urgent issue.
Our partnership with Winter Gardens Academy resulted in the rapid construction and installation of a 3-bay modular classroom on the academy’s premises. These modular classrooms will serve as temporary classroom spaces while essential building work is carried out on existing classrooms. They offer students an optimal learning environment, featuring triple-glazed windows and insulated panels to ensure a comfortable and distraction-free space for study.
Winter Gardens Academy’s swift and decisive action in response to the RAAC concrete crisis deserves commendation. They have shown their unwavering
commitment to the well-being and education of their students, and Upminster Containers is honoured to have played a part in their efforts.
As we move forward, Upminster Containers is committed to further assisting schools facing similar challenges. The RAAC concrete crisis demands not just
solutions, but solutions delivered promptly. Together, with schools like Winter Gardens Academy, we aim to provide the resources and spaces necessary for students to thrive in a safe and conducive environment. Stay tuned for more updates on our mission to support education during these critical times.
