What is the process for delivery and installation?

Modular Plus Buildings are delivered pre-assembled. Please ensure there is room for our vehicles to deliver your cabin, and a firm flat place to position the unit. You may need to arrange for a crane or forklift truck to lift the cabin into place. All units will require the skills of a qualified electrician to connect them to a power supply, as well as a plumber for the inlet and outlet water pipes.

Is this a sustainable solution?

We’re careful to ensure that all our units are manufactured in certified European production plants using recycled materials wherever possible. All our production and transportation processes are low emission.

How much does this solution cost?

Prices vary depending on your requirements however they can start from £15,995+VAT+delivery to buy or from £85+VAT per week (+delivery+collection+cleaning charge) to hire.
